Please, read carefully the Voting Rules.
Miss Atom-2010 voting will take place from 15 April till 29 April (till 18.00 hours, Moscow time).
By your participation in voting you confirm your agreement with the Contest Procedure and terms of the limitation of liability.
The voting will consist of the on-line and SMS voting processes. Any who wish can vote at Miss Atom-2010 Contest.
To take part in the on-line voting, you have to enter your personal e-mail address in the special field in the right side of the screen. An e-message with a link for entering the system will be instantly delivered to this address.
The Contest Administration guarantees that e-mail addresses you indicate will not be used other than solely for voting at Miss Atom-2010 Contest and will not be accessible by other system members.
ON-LINE VOTING will be held as follows. The voter makes his/her own Rating List of five contestants “My Stars”. Each contestant will score 1 point if put on each individual Rating List. The voter can, at any point of time and for an unlimited number of instances, change his/her individual Rating List by adding or removing contestants. A total number of points scored by the selected contestants will change accordingly.
An individual Rating List of each voter, as of a given point of time, is shown in the right side of the screen.
The Contest Administration reserves the right to warn and withdraw a contestant from voting process in the following cases:
Voters who use prohibited voting techniques will be barred from voting. The Contest Administration reserves the right not to notify violators about their being barred. Points the contestants have scored through the barred voter will be annulled.
Points being scored by the contestants are subject to periodic multiple moderation. Points scored with violations of the Voting Rules will be annulled.
When scoring up points gained by contestants, only fully filled out Rating Lists “My Stars” are accounted for.
SMS VOTING will be run as follows. Each voter may add extra points to the contestants by sending a SMS with a contestant’s sequential number to a short phone number.
For Russian Federation-based voters, the message to number 1129 should start with the prefix missatom followed by a sequential number of the contestant (seen in the red circle), without space. For example, to support the Contestant number 999, one should send a message like this: missatom999. In this case, the Contestant will score 3 points. The SMS message cost for Russian Federation is 26.55 RUR, VAT included.

The voter has the right to send several SMS messages with sequential numbers of different contestants. However, one voter cannot vote for the same contestant more than once. Repeated SMS messages voting for the same contestant will not be scored.
The Contest Administration bears no responsibility for actions of the cellular communications operators as regards writing off the voter’s money in case of multiple voting for the same contestant.
On the left side of the screen, the “Contest Leaders” lists twenty contestants who are leading as resulted from the summation of individual ratings won in “My Stars” and SMS voting and shows their current points scored. The “Contest Leaders” are updated each 20 minutes.
Three contestants who have scored highest number of points resulting from the sum of the on-line and SMS voting by 18.00 hours (Moscow time) on 29 April 2010 will become the winners of the Miss Atom-2010 Beauty Contest. The on-line results will become valid after they have been approved by the Contest Scoring Panel.
