Before filling in the Miss Atom-2010 Contest Questionnaire, please, read carefully the Contest Participation Terms and Conditions.
Having filled in the Questionnaire, you automatically confirm your agreement with the participation terms, limitation of liability, award procedure and dates of the Contest Miss Atom-2010.
The Contest is held from 26 March till 30 April 2010.
At the first stage of the Contest, the contestants place their questionnaires and pictures on the Official Website of Miss Atom-2010. Questionnaires are accepted for the Contest until 14 April 2010 (till 16:00 hours, Moscow time).
The second stage is the on-line and SMS voting, which results will identify winners of Miss Atom-2010. The voting stops on 29 April 2010 (at 18.00 hours, Moscow time).
The Contest scoring will be done on the website on 30 April 2010.
A Contestant should not be under 18 and over 35 years old.
At the time of filling in the Questionnaire, the Contestant should work at an enterprise/company or organization within the SC Rosatom system, research institute, contractor or cooperating company of the nuclear industries of the former USSR countries, or has been be a student or post-graduate of a nuclear-related higher education establishment for not less than 3 (three) months.
In addition, the girls who:
- reside in closed administrative territorial formations (“closed” nuclear cities), nuclear power plant satellite-cities, but who do not work at nuclear facilities;
- work at nuclear facilities in non-CIS countries
Winners of previous contests (1st, 2nd and 3rd place) are not allowed to participate.
Professional models, females who have taken part in photo-sessions for printed and Internet publications and/or who have professional portfolios and listed in databases of advertising agencies, photo and film studios etc. are not allowed to participate.
A Contestant should fill in the Questionnaire correctly and then attach to it not more than 5 (five) pictures. Please, note that, at least, 2 (two) pictures should not be of a studio/professional quality. It is desirable to have a portrait and, if possible, a picture of you at the workplace among the attached pictures.
A size of one picture should not exceed 900 Kb, otherwise it won’t be saved in the Questionnaire. You will find out whether it has been saved correctly, if, after having attached it, you see it in the left-hand-side box.
The Contest Administration reserves the right of final selection of the pictures to be published on the Contest website. In particular, low quality, erotic or too exotic pictures are not allowed. The same way, collages, pictures expressly edited by image processing software (Adobe PhotoShop etc.) are not allowed. Pictures containing logos of other websites, companies, contact or promo information on photographers etc. are not allowed.
A Contestant may be also withdrawn due to ethical considerations.
The Questionnaire becomes publicly accessible only after the Moderator has confirmed that it has been filled in appropriately.
In case of any subsequent editing operation, the Questionnaire will be automatically made inaccessible until the Moderator checks and releases it. Please, be attentive when filling in the Questionnaire.
By sending her Questionnaire to the Contest Miss Atom-2010, each participant confirms her consent and readiness to participate, free of charge and during her off-the-job hours, in:
- promo-actions of the Contest and promo-actions of its partner-companies and sponsors throughout 2010;
- photo-sessions in frames of the Contest, as well as those for the purposes of the Contest’s publicity in electronic and printed mass media;
- interviews with magazines, newspapers, as well as radio and TV broadcasts which cover the Contest.
At the second stage, during the on-line and SMS voting, a Contestant may be warned and then withdrawn, if inappropriate voting techniques are revealed, such as:
The Contest winners will be three contestants who have received maximum number of points derived from a sum of points obtained through the on-line and SMS voting. Voting results will become valid after they have been approved by the Contest Scoring Panel.
Miss Atom-2010 winners will be awarded with worthwhile prizes:
1-st place: “The White City” – One-week tour to one of the world-famous SPAs in Jordan;
2-nd place: “The Amber Coast“ – One-week leisure tour to the best beach in the Dominican Republic;
3-rd place: “The Isle of Gods“ – An exotic week on the Bali Island in Indonesia.
Additional (special) prizes may be provided on behalf and at the expense of companies who support the Contest, as well as provided by any group of companies, subject to advance consent and/or coordination by the Contest Administration.
The Miss Atom-2010 winners and awardees of special prizes will be invited to the Award Ceremony. The date and venue of the Award Ceremony is to be announced.
The prizes are given personally to each winner or send her by mail; the prizes are not given in a cash equivalent.
